Asis AdvancedTCA Class Air Filter The air filter purpose is to block particles to enter the shelf thru the air inlet and Damage the fans or the blades within the shelf either by jamming the fans or Blocking the air flow thru the blades. The air filter is accessible from the front of the chassis and is field replicable under normal operation. (no need to shout down the system) 2U-5U chassis has a vertical air filter allocated at the front left side of the chassis 12U vertical chassis has a horizontal air filter allocated at the bottom of the chassis 12U horizontal chassis has two vertical air filter allocated at the front left side of the chassis All of the air filters are field replaceable, easy to approach and micro switch controlled.
