1. PuTTY
Download Putty from:
Putty can either be installed as a normal program or run from an EXE file. Installation is preferable as it will remember your saved settings
Install Putty with the default settings

2. Add new putty saved session
Open PuTTy from the start menu
Enter koko.fau.edu for the hostname
Enter Koko for the Saved Session name
Click Save to save the session configuration for easy access later
Click Open to start the SSH connection

3. Login with your FAU UserID
If you have not already requested access, please do so with the FAU Helpdesk at DClient/Requests/ServiceC atalog?CategoryID=1480
Access is usually granted within 8 hours during standard business hours
