Crime Working Groups Four Working Groups are being created to give effect to the envisaged ‘step change’. These are: 1.Review of the Criminal Justice System; 2.Baseline Effectiveness; 3.Violent Organized Crime; and 4.Innovations and Communications. Working Groups to be co-chaired by senior non executive members from government and business, and supported by selected full time executives from both government and business
