Some Vocabulary Task pane – a separate window that enables users to carry out some Publisher tasks more efficiently. Language bar – allows you to speak commands and dictate text. Keyboard shortcuts – when available, are displayed to the right of the menu commands. Dimmed command – displays gray, or dimmed, instead of black, which indicates it is not available for the current selection.

Fitting Text Do Not Autofit – retain the font size, even if you type more words than will fit in the text box Best fit – allows Publisher to change the font size so all text will fit in the text box
