Side-Laying Hold: - pillows used to support mother & child - allows mother to present both breast w/o changing sides - Good For: -night feeding

Multiple feeding: - used for twins or triplets - use any combination of the above methods Tandem feeding: - feeding 2 children of different ages - use one of tradition holds for younger child - allow older child to position themselves

- As of now a judge does not legally have to excuse a woman from jury duty when she is breastfeeding. Harmful Side Effects: -infections of milk ducts & engorged breast (improper weaning) Currently there is a bill in front of congress that would excuse women from Jury Duty.

- Running out of milk. - Formulas are the same as breast milk. - Pumping is a good way of knowing how much milk the mother has.
