We, the project team, are going to plan an imaginary trip to Liverpool. Liverpool is more than just a city with a big reputation - It's the centre of a vast area of beauty, culture and entertainment that deserves exploration. Many of the attractions on offer are superb value or even free.

What do we know about Liverpool now? ► Liverpool is a city and metropolitan borough in Northwest England. The city is governed by Liverpool City Council, one of five councils within the Metropolitan county of Merseyside.

It's Happening in Liverpool Hope Street... beating heart of a city that will forever be a European cultural capital. A street of astonishing beauty and stunning architecture.
