How can PEE help your writing? Relevant Does it relate to the thesis statement? Developed Does it make sense? Does the reader have any questions? Coherent and Unified Does it flow well?

What is PEE structure? Point : main idea of the paragraph; it should relate to your thesis statement Evidence : supports your point and thesis statement Explanation : tells the reader how the evidence supports your point and thesis

Example of a PEE Paragraph I admire my Aunt Jane because she is hard-working, generous, and nice. Aunt Jane works very hard at her job. She works double-shifts and wins awards for productivity in her factory. Most people prefer office work, but Jane takes pride in a hard day’s work.
