Illinois-Eastern Iowa Key Club District Project: Spastics Paralysis Research  For as old as time, our Key Club District Project has (and will continue to be) Spastics Paralysis Research.  Spastics Paralysis is a term for a combination of varying disabilities having to do with the CNS (Central Nervous System)  We as a District raise several thousand dollars a year to better research thanks to your support  Interested in donating?
