The Path to Eagle Eagle Scout Board of Review Board is comprised of Committee Chairperson, Troop Advancement Chairperson, Scout choice and District Advancement Chairperson Normally about 45 minutes long Can convene up to 90 days after Scout is 18 years old if all Eagle requirements completed prior to 18 th birthday Extension can be granted by National for days
