MYTH: DAEDALUS & ICARUS Daedalus designed the labyrinth for Minos, King of Crete. Icarus was Daedalus’ son. Minos got angry with Daedalus and locked him and his son in a tower in the maze. Daedalus created wings from wax and feathers to fly away from the tower. The only rule to Icarus was to fly near Daedalus and to not go too low or too high. Icarus ignored the rule and flew too high and the wax melted. Icarus fell into the ocean and died.

MYTH ASSIGNMENT Draw a maze of your own. You must include traps weapons monsters The maze must be all modern. NO ANCIENT GREEK ITEMS. List the modern items on the back of the drawing. DON’T FORGET YOUR NAME!
