2 Breakfast  It’s very important for English people.  They are said to consume food rich in calories and nutrients.  However, they just have a cup of coffee and something else for their weekday breakfast as we do.  The traditional English Breakfast consists of fried or boiled eggs. They also have toast with butter and marmalade. Besides they can have sausages, bacon...

4 Lunch  Their lunch is light.  They usually have a sandwich of ham or roast beef, coated fish or chicken in breadcrums, hamburgers, chips or crisps, a soft drink or beer and no dessert.

6 Tea time For their afternoon snack, they have a cup of black or green tea (never mazanilla, mint, etc) with cream and tea crackers or pastry

8 Dinner  For supper they always relax.  They have a starter chat can be some broth, soup or cream with crackers.  For main course they have some meat or fish (chops of pig or lamb, meat pie) and green salad, boiled potatoes, some vegetables or some Italian pasta. They have it with some bread (it could be bagette).  For dessert they have fresh fruit, cheese (Brie Emental, Gouda, Camembert, Roquefort, etc) or some pudding or candy.  They drink a glass of wine or some beer (never a bottle).  They can finish with a small glass of Jerez (sherry)
