Conducted the walk-through of Provider Self Service Online Attendance Tracking Captivate simulation. Provided comprehensive list of available OAT training materials available (also available in today’s presentation). Provided specific descriptions and links for provider specific training materials. Reminders: Make it a priority to become comfortable and familiar with provider processes.
