The New Report Format

The title page shows all the basic information provided by you, along with the report type, and order number Our new logo and design

New interactive Table of Contents. Each item is linked to the corresponding page in the report

The Bookmarks bar now allows you to click each link and be directed to the page, instead of scrolling through all the pages

Each database is linked to the definition in the appendix The Executive Summary: Report Summary in the new report is easier to read and understand This column shows the records on the project property. Counts for these records are not included in the ‘within 0.25km’ column

The Executive Summary is split between the Project Property, which shows records on the site, and Surrounding Properties, which shows records within the radius. These pages now include the distance away from the site as well as elevation difference

Each record is shown with a symbol, depending on elevation/gradient New map format is easier to read and less cluttered Easy to read legend The number beside the triangle indicates the ‘map key’ number, referenced in the Detail Report. Numbers within the ( ) indicate the number of records on the site/address

The new report now allows you to turn layers off and on To turn a layer on or off, click on the layer button in Adobe Reader and click on the eye next to the appropriate layer

The report now comes with a current Aerial photograph of the site and surrounding area

The Detail Report contains all the same information as before, but organized by site/address rather than database. Each database is linked to the Executive Summary This column shows the number of records at each address/site The Map Key refers to the numbers on the ERIS map The new report now provides you with the distance away from the site as well as elevation in meters

The Unplottable Report shows all the records that do not have enough information to be plotted on the map, but contain some information that could indicate that the record is within the site area Record information and the Database are shown here

The new report comes with an Appendix with the database descriptions, as well as a list of definitions
