HAZARD COMMUNICATION STANDARD 29 CFR The employer’s Haz Com program must include: l Conduct a chemical inventory. l Obtain and file MSDSs for all chemicals. l Label all containers. l Train employees about the hazards. l The Haz Com program must be written and available to employees.
