What is the client portal? The CIPL client portal is hosted on the CIPL website - and allows you to log in to a secure area where you have access to your portfolio information.

How do I access the Portal? You may have received a username and password in the post at the end of 2010 or been given one at the setup stage of your portfolio. If you have misplaced or forgotten your username and password, please contact us and we can easily provide you with new ones.

Functions available to you… All portfolios under your name can be linked together with the one password or separated with different passwords. The first report you will see is your Portfolio Summary along with the new tools found at the top left of the screen.

Reports You can run reports via the client portal selecting parameters relevant to your enquiry.

Recommendations (ATP) Client’s can view, approve and track their recommendations via the client portal. Outstanding Waiting for Advisor In Progess Complete (Archive) When a recommendation is completed, it is automatically available to you online. As soon as the recommendation is approved by you an is returned and the purchase or sale will be processed.
