Responsibilities of Club Officers The Board of the club is responsible for the smooth running of the club However, the administrative running of the club falls on the shoulders of 3 people: President, Secretary and Treasurer but Primarily by the Secretary Therefore, the role of Secretary a most critical one

Responsibilities of Club Officers It is their responsibility to ensure:- - Minutes of Board Meetings are kept - All correspondence is responded to - All Accounts are paid on time - All dues are collected from members - All dues are paid to RI & District on time
