FIELDS/AREAS OF EXPERTISE DEBT-COLLECTION AND RECOVERIES MATTERS As a firm of attorneys and unlike what the limited services that Debt-Collecting Agencies can do, we offer an additional and professional service by being able to proceed against debtors via legal recourse such as the issuing of Summons, the obtaining of judgments, the issuing of warrants of execution against property (i.e. both movable and immovable) and the sale of attached assets. We have the necessary skills, knowledge and capacity in this particular field. We have the necessary ability and capacity to deal successfully with considerably large volumes of instructions on a regular basis. We acknowledge and appreciate the fact that there shall be a somewhat nominal percentage of instructions that require the issuing of summons are defended by the debtors and we, therefore, submit that we have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to effectively litigate in both the Magistrate’s and High Courts.

FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL STABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY The firm has financial and human resources enough to handle and sustain any legal project up to completion. It has at its disposal all the necessary information technology infrastructure expected of a modern law firm enabling us to function competitively and efficiently as is expected of an emerging law firm, more particularly facilities to enable it to communicate electronically with corporate institutions. The firm has a full computerized accounting system that enables it to properly bill clients’ and account monthly. We engage in rendering statements to clients monthly or on a regular basis in accordance with a clients unique specification. FEES Our fee structure is based on existing and acceptable tariffs, guidelines and standards existing in the legal fraternity and sanctioned by the Law Society of South Africa. We have an open door policy to discuss and/or negotiate with clients in regard to a fee structure that is accommodative of a client and to discuss our clients’ reasonable request.
