Proposal Preparation The government reserves the right to make an award without discussions An offeror’s initial submission should be their best proposal Do not expect that the government will request revised proposals to address weaknesses If you have questions, submit them in writing to the Contracting Officer

Health Marketing Communication Services Predecessor contracts expired in September 2014 CDC will be using the GSA AIMS Schedule 571 (Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions) The applicable GSA AIMS web link is below: http://www.gsa.gov/portal/content/104613 Two separate service areas: Creative and Evaluation Domains All task orders will be competed among the contractors in the applicable domain

Health Marketing Communication Services On average, over 30 new competitive task orders are awarded each fiscal year Under the predecessor contracts, the vast majority of the dollars were awarded to non-small businesses. However, for future requirements, the percentage of dollars awarded to small businesses is expected to increase significantly. For each new requirement, small businesses will receive first consideration based on researching the AIMS Schedule. Program Offices will be required to research and assess small business capabilities. Update your capabilities on the AIMS Schedule
