Guides its customer/client on a path towards a successful acquisition solution by tailoring or customizing each process phase Acquisition support and services include pre-award acquisition planning support; acquisition execution or source selection; and post-award acquisition continuity. Acquisition support and services options are highlighted in the following pages.

New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, will initiate a series of client/customer meetings to review overarching mission requirements, contract acquisition needs and schedule Customer/Client will identify key client/customer representatives to which further fact-finding interviews can be arranged and conducted with appropriate IDS subject matter experts New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, and customer/client will discuss, pursue and agree upon an appropriate procurement vehicle that can be utilized in securing IDS services for this requirement New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, will recommend suggested acquisition approaches or alternatives for the customer/client requirement New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, will provide refined cost estimates for each alternative New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, and customer will reach consensus with the customer/client on a preferred acquisition solution New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, will provide a customized acquisition solution to the customer/client in the form of a statement of requirements that will include itemized cost estimates by subject matter expertise required; and proposed schedule as it pertains to the contractor/client’s required need for contract services New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC, and customer/client will agree to the acquisition solution and costs; and work shall begin!!!!
