Past ODC examples of purchases are fire extinguisher inspections, backflow testing, repair water heater, purchase salt, snow removal, etc

Federal Acquisition Service Evaluation Factors - continued Past Performance: Offerors shall submit past performance information of three (3) “recent and relevant” contracts/task orders with requirements comparable to the solicited task. Recent past performance is defined as contract performance occurring within the last three years. Price: The price portion of the quote will include skill mix, number of hours per labor category, loaded hourly labor rate, travel, and ODC’s. The Government is more concerned with obtaining superior non-price features than with establishing a contract at the lowest overall price to the Government. As non-price factors become more equal price may become more important. Technical Capability is more important than Past Performance. When combined all non-price features are significantly more important than price. 9
