CEMEX REDWOOD CITY CEMENT TERMINAL UPGRADE OBJECTIVES Convert Storage Silo Dedicated For Fly Ash To Cement Truck Load-Out System Upgrade And Improvement Upgrade Existing Truck Loading System With Up To Date Equipment And Add An Additional Load-out Spout That Will Expedite Load Times By Half; Install A Second Two Spout Truck Loading System; & Centralize Nearly All Of The Cement Storage And Loading To One Vicinity Of The Terminal That Is Away From The Pacific Shores Complex.
