To achieve a strong sense of mental health you need to assess your level of mental wellness Bypass roadblocks to mental health Evaluate the positive and negative feedback that has influenced your self-esteem and work to improve your self-esteem by: Identify the negative feedback of your past Replace negative self-talk with constructive criticism
