SUPPLEMENTARY COMMANDS WHEN ONE UNIT OF ELEMENT MUST EXECUTE A MOVEMENT DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER UNITS OR AT A DIFFERENT TIME “STAND FAST”

INFORMATIONAL COMMANDS HAVE NO PREPARATORY COMMAND OR COMMAND OF EXECUTION AND ARE NOT SUPPLEMENTARY USED TO DIRECT OTHERS TO GIVE COMMANDS “PREPARE FOR INSPECTION”

COUNTING CADENCE REASONS –TO ACQUAINT NEW CADETS WITH CADENCE RHYTHM –TEACH COORDINATION AND RHYTHM SHOULD BE GIVEN IN SETS OF TWO: –“HUT, TOOP, THREEP,FOURP; HUT,TOOP,THREEP,FOURP.

CADETS SHOULD KEEP HEAD UP AND WATCH THE HEAD AND SHOULDERS OF THE PERSON DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM CADENCE IS GIVEN AS THE LEFT FOOT STRIKES THE GROUND
