Industrial Parks The City of Demopolis has two industrial parks. The South Industrial Park has over 80 acres available with all major utilities present. The Airport Industrial Park has over 140 acres available and has all major utilities present with limited sewer connectivity.

Healthcare Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital: Demopolis is a regional healthcare center for the area. It is home to the award-winning Tombigbee Healthcare Authority (THA), which operates a 99-bed hospital in Demopolis. THA provides a wide-range of inpatient and outpatient surgical care, Emergency Medical Services support, home-health, HealthSmart, Sleep Clinic, and Geri-psych services. Through a networking of various agencies within the Tombigbee Healthcare Authority, a broad range of healthcare services is available for patients in the medical service area.
