The Bible says, “For He satisfies the thirsty & fills the hungry with good th ings.” (Psalms 107:9) “…My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the LORD.” (Jeremiah 31:14)

Jesus said to the Samaritan woman, “Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14)

“Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, & he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35)

The truth is, you are as close to God as you choose to be. Intimate friendship with God is a choice, not an accident. You must intentionally seek it. Do you really want it-more than anything? What is it worth to you? Is it worth giving up other things?” Pastor Rick Warren
