How to Increase your Energy – My Top 10 Rules My Optimal Healthy Life

Rule 1. Make sure you eat lots of plants and animals and if possible select only Organic.

Rule 2. Make sure you keep active but keep active with composure

Rule 3. Make sure you Lift Heavy Things Often.

Rule 4. Running as fast as you can.

Rule 5. Have enough good quality Sleep.

Rule 6. Enjoy yourself and Play

Rule 7. Expose yourself to sunlight BUT never get burnt.

Rule 8. Avoid things that cause you harm.

Rule 9. Stay away from Poisons.

Rule 10. Make sure you exercise your brain.

So they are my 10 Rules to Increase your Energy. They are simple and very general. They are designed that way so it is easy for you to implement them. Remember to do them with fun in your heart. Enjoy every aspect of your life. You will achieve the Life of your Dreams.
