How to Measure..... Dry measuring cups are designed to allow the cook to overflow then level the ingredient off with a straight- edged utensil.

Question?? Why wasn’t cinnamon or salt included in the list of typical ingredients measured in dry measuring cups? Answer Because those ingredients are typically used in amounts less than ¼ cup – the size of the smallest dry measuring cup.
