4 Measuring Dry Measuring Cups : Used to measure large amounts of ingredients ( MORE than ¼ cup) such as: Flour sugar brown sugar

5 Measuring Measuring Spoons : Used to measure small amounts of ingredients ( LESS than ¼ cup) such as: Baking Soda Baking Powder Salt Spices and Herbs Vanilla extract

22 Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated (white) sugar 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1¼ cup flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cups chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375°. Cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in the flour soda and salt. With a spoon, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Yield 2 ½ dozen
