2 There are 2 types of ingredients:
Liquid Dry Flour Sugar Salt Spices Baking Powder Oil Water Milk Extracts (vanilla, almond, etc…)

3 AND… Liquid and dry ingredients need to be measured differently!

4 For LIQUIDS… You need a liquid measuring cup.
Pour Spout You need a liquid measuring cup. You have to place it on a FLAT surface. Fill the measuring cup to the correct line Look at the measuring cup at EYE LEVEL Clear Glass Measuring Lines

5 For DRY… You need: You scoop to fill it You then level the extra off
MEASURING SPOONS (for small amounts) OR MEASURING CUPS (for large amounts) You scoop to fill it You then level the extra off

6 What are the Sizes? Measuring Spoons: ¼ teaspoon t. or tsp.
1 tablespoon or T or Tbsp.

7 What are the Sizes? Measuring Cups: ¼ cup or c. 1/3 cup or c.
