ART TECH ArtiTechArtiTech NEXT Welcome to ArtiTech Academy II where art and technology combine in a virtual setting.

What is ArtiTech Academy II? ArtiTech is a virtual classroom for technology and art. That means you and your child work on pre- designated projects (adventures) together, at home. NEXT

How does this work? You and your child log onto our safe school website. This is our virtual classroom. Every few days, you check the ArtiTech Announcements and see what new adventures there are to participate in. NEXT

Then have fun together following the adventures. As you complete different adventures, you save them and then turn them in to me. For every adventure there is a BLOG. NEXT

What’s a BLOG? We call it a Bucket Blog. It’s a question to answer after you and your child have completed the adventure. Its great fun and encourages everyone to communicate. NEXT

What type of adventures are we going to do? Every few days, a new adventure will be posted. We will visit the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. (virtually), we will make an avatar, we will Kerpoof, we’ll try a virtual migration with the Monarch butterfly to Mexico and we will geocache. There may be a few more great fun adventures along the way. NEXT

HUH? Don’t panic. We will walk you through every step of the way. First we need to see the virtual classroom. NEXT
