Welcome Assessing Your Activity Insight Implementation Kate Kaczmarczik, Client Relations Team Lead

So what do we recommend? Work Toward Defined Goals Review Progress Against Blueprint Evaluate Results Draft Action Plan Project Blueprint

The Project Blueprint  What are our goals?  What are the key outputs?  Who should be Involved?  Where does information currently exist?

Review Progress  Ask two key questions:  Are we on track to accomplish our goals for AI?  Is there more we could and should do to achieve our goals?  Gather input from multiple sources  Consider four key aspects of the implementation  System preparedness  Current usage  User experience and perception  Project constraints  Evaluate results and draw conclusions

Review Progress System Preparedness: User Accounts

Review Progress System Preparedness: Reports & Other Outputs

Review Progress Current Usage

Review Progress User Experience and Perception  Expectations  Champions and communication  Process decisions (e.g., data entry)  Usability  Accessing AI  Screen intuitiveness  Support resources  Satisfaction and Feedback

Review Progress Project Constraints  Where are we in relation to our fixed deadlines?  How are we doing on project resources?  Are our project meetings productive, sufficient and appropriate in frequency?  Are we effectively leveraging Digital Measures?

Integrate Action Plans into Your Project Blueprint  Adjust your Project Blueprint  Fill everyone in on the plan - DM’s eager to know too!  Then dig right back in
