Assumptions for CY 2013 (as of April 2012) Same or lower number of covered employees Same medical plan options as 2012 increase enrollment in the HDHP & HSA plan Moderate increase in total premiums small or no increase in HDHP plan premiums PPACA: new “Summary of Benefits and Coverage” annual limit of $2,500 for health FSA contribution, starting 2013 Form W-2 reporting for 2012 health coverage Cost Increases: 1) provider fees and 2) medical utilization
