Understanding the nuances of different personalities is the key to eliminating:  Frustration  Negative interactions  Interpersonal conflict 23

 It helps develop your “likeability factor.”  Easier to work with people who are similar to you  Differences create conflict  No one wants to be the workplace weirdo  Understanding how people think eliminates worry and reduces stress.  Maintains a positive attitude  Reduces conflict!  You can use the personality styles of others to your advantage. 25
