Session 321 An Implementation Strategy: Identifies who is responsible for which actions Identifies what funding mechanisms and other resources are available or will be pursued Identifies when the actions are to be completed.

Session 322 Five Tasks for Preparing an Implementation Strategy Parties: Identify parties and define responsibilities Partners: Confirm partners (technical and financial) Resources: Identify resources to implement the actions Materials: List materials needed Schedule: Define the time frame for implementing the actions

Session 323 Parties: Identify parties and define responsibilities Process: Define the roles of the lead and support agencies and/or organizations – work with county/city manager or Mayor/County Executive to determine lead and support agencies. Result: Identification of lead and support agencies and organizations, and a listing of their roles and responsibilities.

Session 324 Partners: Confirm partners (technical and financial) Process: Contact technical and financial partners necessary for implementation Result: Confirmed commitments from agencies and organizations that will perform specific tasks
