NCKU’s Efforts to Promote Academia-Industry Collaborations Establish Technology development and transfer offices : Research and Services Headquarters, Technology Licensing and Incubation Centers, NCKU Venture Capital Fund, etc. Encourage professors to engage in A-I collaborative research projects : Flexible criteria for appointments and promotion, salary compensation, etc. Business training for students: creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship Train future industrial managers and workers
