Part-time Degree Example Louise works in a large local company in customer services and wants to progress in the company. As a mature student with good GCSE results and a few years work experience she has secured a place on the BA (Hons) Business Mgmt degree which she’ll study part-time on an evening. Entry requirements for FT UG course are 280 points but Lisa is only doing two A-levels and is predicted two C’s (i.e. 160 points). She is applying for FdA Law which requires 120 points and will then do one year top-up to gain LLB (Hons).

Instead she is going to complete a HND Computing and provided she does well, she’ll then complete the final year of the BSc (Hons) Computing degree. UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATES University Certificate in Continuing Education (20 credits) University Certificate in Professional Development (30 credits) University Certificate in Advanced Professional Development (60 credits) Example Anthony completed a UCPD in Information Technology and now has a conditional offer of a place on the BSc (Hons) Computer Networks degree to study full-time.
