 Josh Gibson is a baseball player

 The main idea is the author telling us about Josh Gibson.

 I threw the ball to Aaron and he caught it.

 We liked the story because we play baseball like Josh Gibson.

 Realistic – Fiction  Some things could happen but it is fake

 I hit the ball and it sailed down to center field.

Can I go to the baseball field ?

 I ran around the bases.

 I stole home plate.

 Do what you believe in.

It is to entertain because the people are fake.

 We all play baseball. We know a lot about baseball like Josh Gibson.

 The characters are Grandmama, Danny and Josh Gibson.

Ryan is a baseball player and grandmama is too. Grandmama is a girl and Ryan is a boy.

 We thought Grandmama would never play baseball.

 It was the forties so girls couldn`t play baseball.
