ABSOLUTE PRIORITY (Deal Breakers) At least 40% of the students to be served must qualify for the free and reduced lunch program. Or

Matching Applicants must document at least a 30% in-kind match for each year the grant is awarded

Continuation of funding requirements: Continuation of funding requirements: A) Year two grantees must demonstrate that in year one the overall student participation and attendance objective was met- 50% of regular program participants attend 50% of the time

B) Year three- 50% of regular program participants attend 50% of the time. C) Fourth and fifth year provide programming for 100% of students served in year three.
