Active Wash Station

Active Wash In-Situ

Active Wash Features (1) The Active Wash Station consists of two self priming micro pumps mounted underneath the valve drive. The IN port of the pumps are connected to the wash solvent bottles of the Fast Wash Station. The solenoids are powered using Pwr-Out1 and Pwr-Out2 (meaning that this can not be used with a Fast Wash Station). Active Wash Features (2) The Active Wash Station does not require special macros or cycles. The Active Wash Station does not require special macros or cycles. The Injector, Wash1, Wash2 and Waste are all trained to the same X, Y, Z points The Injector, Wash1, Wash2 and Waste are all trained to the same X, Y, Z points After sample loading and switching of the valve the pumps are activated with a fixed flow of approx. 70µl/sec. or 4.2ml/min. After sample loading and switching of the valve the pumps are activated with a fixed flow of approx. 70µl/sec. or 4.2ml/min. Cleaning solvent flows through the valve groove, the inside of the needle seal and is aspirated with the injection syringe.
