BW Delta Queue Processing in SAP 1 Extraction Queue Displayed using SMQ1 or LBWQ 2 Collective Batch Job(s) (Run Hourly) BW Delta Queue Displayed using RSA7 1 – The extraction queues MCEX02, MCEX11, MCEX12, MCEX13 are used to log changes when purchasing or sales documents are created or changed in SAP. 2 – The Collective Batch run updates the BW Delta queues in SAP from entries in the Extraction queue. The Delta Update data (and detail record count) reflects the number of new records which will be updated into BW when the next Delta extract and load runs in BW. The Delta Repetition data contains the data loaded into BW from the last Delta update into BW, as well as any new records from subsequent Collective Batch runs which have not been sent to BW. 3 – A Delta update request is received from BW. 4 - The records in the Delta queue are successfully extracted and loaded into BW. SAP deletes the records from the Delta Update queue, but keeps these records in the Delta Repetition queue in case a repeat of the Delta request is needed. (See #5 below.) 5 – If BW sends a Delta Update request and the extract and load into BW fails (I.e., the InfoPackage has a red light in the monitor), then a Delta Repetition must be requested.
