Safety Messages  Faulty risk management threatens readiness and preventable mishaps cost the Navy too many resources and personnel.  Mishaps are a learning experience. Share the lessons learned so others don’t have to learn the hard way.  Safety is part of the daily routine -- recognizing hazards should also be part of that routine.  Safety isn’t an add-on or a nice-to-have.
