Fielding Process Brigade NLCS is fielded IAW HQDA Directed Requirement for initial issue only Brigade NLCS is not a Program of Record (POR) – no sustainment funding provided Fielding is accomplished via NET utilizing a cadre of Mobile Training Team (MTT) Instructors PM IEDD/PF is responsible for all aspects of fielding process
