ICT applications deliver curriculum content as part of textbooks and other materials. Subscription to the ICT applications will be heavily subsidised, with students paying $2 for each application. Payment for the subscription to the ICT applications will be via cash or cheque. Students who are under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) in all government and government-aided schools do not need to pay. Subscription to the ICT Applications
