There will be new room for the Poster Sessions with more space installed on a dedicated level. A printer capable of A0 size copy will be available for posters. Some SC prefers to have only one time slot allowing all the papers. (Max.40) How to organize A3 posters with 28 papers and 12 WGs & SC.

Group Discussion 2014 Session Papers 50 synopses submitted and 9 synopses sent to other SCs:B2/B3/D1/A2 41 synopses evaluated: NCA12, IA14, AA15 A2(55), A3(41), B2(42), B4(43), B5(45) and C2(66) were competitive. There was a guideline of Maximum 25 papers per SC but the rule is removed at final moment. Each chairman can select all the good papers. A3 selected 28 papers: 16 for PS1, 8 for PS2, 8 for PS3 This change will be a set of reform of group discussion system. - Special report should not address questions to a particular report. - The global number of questions of a Special Report should be limited. The optimum total number of questions are 15 (up to 20 at Maximum). The guideline for questions: 10 for PS1, 5 for PS2, 5 for PS3

Group Discussion Running Short presentation of the Study Committee by the Chairman Introduction of the Preferential Subjects by the Special Reporter Prepared contributions / Spontaneous contributions by the attendance Discussion and summary by the Special Reporter General conclusion by the Chairman Special reports Length: 8 pages, concise questions, Deadline: Mid-May Contributors Intended contribution sent to the Reporter one month in advance The chairman and special reporters meet the contributors one day before the Group discussion, Collect all contributions. Daily summary Length: words, One day after the Group discussion General report Length: 8 pages (3000 words), a few month after the Session / End-Nov.
