Student Council Elections 2010 Rabat and Attard Primary Kathleen Psaila

The Student Election at Rabat and Attard were held on the 14 th and the 16 th of December, respectively. A series of lessons on the student council were conducted beforehand.

The children promoted themselves mainly through posters that were displayed on the student council notice-board.

Election day All the children voted for the children they want to represent them in the student council…

The votes were counted and the new council members were elected. They were announced by the headmaster during assembly and the results will be displayed on the student council notice-board.

Evaluation Some improved ideas for next election: To involve the children in counting the votes to have more transparency Give a certificate of participation to all the participants
