Which one is best for you? You must decide for yourself. Along with the money you must take a look at the benefits the job/career provides.

Fringe Benefits The extras in addition to your paycheck.

What are fringe benefits? Items in addition to the paycheck that are provided by the company. This could add up to a lot of extra things they you wouldn’t have to pay for out of your check. The fringe benefits could be enough for you to select one company’s position over another company’s position.
