CFDLS © 2014 EVALUATION DETAILS A total of 14 evaluations were turned in, 7 of which were filled out by managers and 7 of which were filled out by individual contributors or employees. A total of 18 people attended the session. The first 3 questions asked participants to rate their knowledge before and after the session, on a scale from 1-5. Questions 4-7 were open-ended with room to write in responses.

How much technology really impacts our daily lives—both personally and professionally. Having a different perspective on how technology impacts so many facets of our lives. Recognizing the pros and cons and need to proactively address this now. Being mindful of the whole of tech and controlling it. Need to disconnect from technology at times.

The intersection between tech and inclusion. Ken highlighted a lot of points in regards to what is considered disabled and how we all have some form of disability dependency on technology. Pay attention to my digital team. Share a couple videos, take more tech/digital breaks personally. Offer ways to disconnect from technology.

Individual Contributors: Much of this was review for me but it did provide more info specifically related to how technology might influence people individually, jobs and organizations. Seeing the technology gaps and thinking about how to address them. More knowledge.

Bring this topic to the forefront – has not really been discussed. I need to make some thoughtful change now. We need to do more. Will take “tech” breaks.
