When are we open? Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Morning Schedules: Monday and Friday: Get pass from library Tuesday: 6th Grade Wednesday: 7th Grade Thursday: 8th Grade If there is a change it will be posted on our website and on the library monitor in the window. How do I find it? Nonfiction Nonfiction call numbers begin with the Dewey classification number and then the first three letters of the author’s last name.

How do I find it? Fiction Fiction call numbers begin with an F followed by the first three letters of the authors last name.

How do I find it? Reference Reference call numbers begin with an R or REF followed by the Dewey number for the subject covered, then the first three letters of the author’s name or the first three letters of the title.

How do I find it? Destiny Once you login you can search for books, find information about the book including the call number, reviews and the number of copies. You can also put a hold on a book that is not currently available. On the left navigation, you can select Destiny Quest to see the Top 10 Books, Resource Lists, New Arrivals and My Personal List.

Rules and Procedures All school rules apply in the library. Enter the library through the Entrance door and leave the library through the Exit door. Please throw away your trash and keep our library clean. We want it to be a nice place for everyone.

Rules and Procedures When you enter the library, sign in at the front desk. Print your first and last name, team number and the time. You will sign out when you leave with your out time. You must have your planner signed by your teacher to come to the library during class. You do not need a pass before and after school or during lunch. Make sure you have permission to leave the lunchroom before coming.

Rules and Procedures You can check out 3 books for 3 weeks. Remember 3 for 3 You can check out magazines for 1 week. Please take care of our books and materials.

Computer Use Lookup stations are set to our Library Catalog so they are not to be changed. When using computers in the library, the Network/Internet Acceptable Use Policy is to be followed. Page 28 in planner.

Check Out To check out a book, go to the circulation desk (front desk) to the Self Check Out. Scan the barcode on your planner. Look at the screen to make sure it is you. Scan the barcode on the book. Look at the screen to make sure it scanned. Scan the Reset code by the computer. You’re done!

Check In To check in a book, go to the circulation desk (front desk) to the Book Return. Gently drop the book into the book return slot. Make sure you are returning books on time and in good condition. You’re done!
