SO and TOO are used to show agreement with positive statements.

So SO + auxiliary (Verb)+ Subject (pronoun) I am happy. So am I. I'm going to Brazil in the summer. So am I. You look nice today. So do you. Stephanie has a new boyfriend. So does Mary. We went to the concert last night. So did I.

Too Too is usually at the end of the sentence. ◦ Subject (pronoun) + Verb +object + too I am happy too. I am going to Brazil too. You look nice too. Mary has a new one too. I went to the concert too.

Neither and Either are used to show agreement with negative statements.

Neither I am not hungry. Neither am I. They don't speak French. Neither do I. He won't stop talking. Neither will you. You shouldn't talk in the movie. Neither should you. Neither + Auxiliary + Subject (pronoun)

Either I am not hungry I'm not hungry either. They don't speak French. I don't speak French either. He won't stop talking You won't stop either. You shouldn't talk in the movie. You shouldn't talk either. The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the original statement. E ither is at the end of a sentence.
