Most common challenges today Compliance; too complex to understand Too many directives – not streamlined Broad variety of user needs Time consuming data collection Not always trustworthy data Lack og traceability and transparency Frameworks, standards and users continue to develop – most systems don`t follow Low data quality

Environmental policy Environmental aspects Environmental objectives and targets Environmental management programme Environmental management Environmental analysis Standards implementation and auditing (ISO 14001, ISO 26000, GRI, GHG,government) Documentation and routines Authority contact and reporting HSE consulting (chemicals, water, work environment, reporting) Environmental documentation Calculation methods Key performance indicators System implementation Environmental reporting CSR and sustainability reporting Training and seminars

TEAMS- All environmental documentation integrated in one system Reporting from units Collocation and Calculations in TEAMS Compliance monitoring and environmental load reporting TRANSPARENCY COMPLIANCE TRACEABILITY

Idea for cooperation

WHAT CAN WE ACHEIVE TOGETHER?

Better and easier quality assessment Make data collection easier and more consistent Analyze and read effects, and state of trends Harmonize different standards and frameworks into one system Add flexibility and further development Make data collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting more efficient

HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE THIS?

Emisoft will provide Bulgarian partner with TEAMS (Total Environmental Accounting Management System) TEAMS is based on a Solution Designer that Bulgarian partner will work on, also in the future. With a focus on local knownledge and expertise, we will provide the Bulagrian partner with training of local resources so the partner can continue to expend TEAMS with own competence. The Bulgarian partner will provide Emisoft with teoretical expertise and experience. The Bulgarian partner will provide with the needs and user communication.

BENEFIT S

Building a modern and sustainable platform. Start with one or more frameworks/directives in this project and continue to expand TEAMS later when needed. Uniformed reporting (easier to benchmark) More efficient organization
